Over the last week or so, I have noticed my books in price wars against one another across the digital platforms.
For example, yesterday morning, my first ebook – Sex, Lies And Family Secrets: The Guy Next Door – had been marked FREE on Amazon. (Price matching) By yesterday afternoon, the eBook had been discovered with a price, once more. Even though it had been FREE during the week and the same book on other digital platforms had been set with a price once more.
Now, it is the opposite, the other digital platforms are producing my first eBook for FREE and Amazon are still to follow suit. I wonder how long it will take them to follow and continue their price matching!
I have probably spoken too soon and other digital platforms might be selling my book with a price on its little head. Time will tell. Keep an eye out, and if you happen to see it for FREE, download a copy.
